What we collect
When you send an inquiry we collect your name, company, work email, country, application, product of interest, quantity, and, if you provide them, your phone or WhatsApp number, your message and any file you attach.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how you use this site (pages viewed, device type, approximate location). No analytics run if you decline.
Why we use it
- To reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote and send samples (steps taken at your request before a contract).
- To review inquiries for export-control compliance (our legal obligation).
- To improve the website, only with your consent to analytics.
Who processes it
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Inquiry emails are delivered through Resend. Analytics, if you consent, are processed by Google. These providers may process data outside your country under their standard data-protection terms.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry data for as long as we are discussing or fulfilling your order, and for up to three years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
